When your report becomes available
The free basic result is available when the assessment finishes. If you buy the full report, access is activated after the payment provider confirms the payment. Some payment methods confirm later than the checkout screen. Returning from checkout alone is not proof of a completed payment.
Where to find it
Return to your saved result page to open the report and download the PDF. Keep access details private. You can sign in with the checkout email to recover confirmed purchases and view purchased reports from your account. Purchase confirmation and report-ready emails provide another way to return. You can also open the report directly from your saved result page or account.
If access is delayed
Return to the result page and use the available retry control. Check whether your receipt confirms payment. Avoid paying again for the same report while confirmation is pending. If the problem continues, contact support with your order reference.
Retention and availability
Keep your own PDF copy. Access depends on the associated guest session or account remaining available under the published terms and retention policy. Deleting assessment data removes the corresponding report access. The privacy policy explains retained accounting records.
