Cancellation & digital purchases
There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Before payment
You may leave checkout before completing a purchase. A failed or cancelled checkout does not activate premium access. If your bank shows a pending authorization, its release timing depends on the payment method and bank.
After payment
To request a refund or report a delivery problem, read the refund policy and contact support with your order reference. Closing a browser tab, deleting an account or deleting test data does not itself request or issue a refund.
Digital delivery consent
Checkout requires an explicit request for digital delivery under the published terms. The exact approved notice is shown before payment. Mandatory withdrawal and other consumer rights depend on the applicable law; this page does not waive them or replace the approved legal policy.
